PRE-APPRENTICESHIPS & APPRENTICESHIPS

We provide support and expertise to make it easier to build new healthcare pre-apprenticeship and registered apprenticeship opportunities.

Healthcare Pre-Apprenticeship

With financial support from JPMorgan Chase, we have helped several school districts build and launch employer-informed Healthcare Pre-Apprenticeships.

These programs are designed to prepare students for success in their first healthcare job and/or their college-level healthcare program. These pre-apprenticeships also meet Ohio’s 12-point credential, high school graduation requirement! If you are an educator interested in building a similar program for your students, click here to connect with Workforce Innovation Director HOPE ARTHUR.

Healthcare Apprenticeship

Also with financial support from JPMorgan Chase, The Health Collaborative has registered apprenticeships in Medical Assistant and Sterile Processing Technician, and is working on more! Employers interested in participating in either program or in creating a new apprenticeship, click here to connect with  HOPE ARTHUR.
For individuals interested in pursuing an apprenticeship, please visit our current signatory employer partner websites to view available opportunities.
