We offer comprehensive clinical services, from treatments for rare and complex conditions to well-child care. U.S. News & World Report survey of best children’s hospitals has consistently ranked, Cincinnati Children’s No. 3 among all Honor Roll hospitals. With more than 600 registered beds, Cincinnati Children’s had more than 1.3 million patient encounters and served patients from all 50 states and 58 countries, including 589 international patients.
Cincinnati Children’s is proud to have been granted Magnet status by the American Nurses Credentialing Center in February 2009, with re-designation in 2013 and 2017. The Magnet Recognition Program® is the gold standard for acknowledging nursing excellence and collaboration among care providers. Organizations must demonstrate evidence of outstanding quality, innovation and outcomes in both documentation and a site visit. In 2020, Cincinnati Children’s RN Residency program was accredited with Distinction.
Our Research Foundation is ranked second among all pediatric centers receiving research grants from the National Institutes of Health (NIH).
